VISA INFORMATION:
Indonesia requires at least six months of validity remaining on passports for visitors entering the country. Citizens intending to renew their Indonesian work permits will usually require a passport with more than 12 months validity.

There are three ways of entering Indonesia:
1) Free Visa - No visa required. Applies only to residents of select countries (mostly ASEAN countries). Free entry, 30 days valid NOT extendable.
2) Visa on arrival - costs IDR 500,000 and is valid for 30 days. Can be extended once for an additional 30 days.
3) Social, Tourist, or cultural Visa (B-211) - Issued by consulate or embassy outside Indonesia and is valid for 60 days. Can be extended thrice, 30 days each.
4) Multiple Entry Visa - Issued by consulate or embassy outside Indonesia and is valid for 1 year. Visitors can stay up to 60 days per visit.
